Took forever. I appreciate them staying late tonight and completing my samples but it is taking so long where other companies are getting results in 72 hrs. Would really be nice for rapid turn around.

It took over a week after mailing back the sample to even show it was received and now still no results almost a month after sending it back. Not happy for such an expensive and time sensitive test.

It took from Mar to end of Oct to receive parentage results. I’m not sure why, we’ve never had this problem ever before

Paid a lot of money to do parentage testing on 2 litters (24 puppies plus dams and sires). Somehow they canceled my order but had my samples and no one figured it out for a week and a half. I was told they would put a "rush" on it. It was not. I got results as if I sent them in a week and a half later than I had. Puppies were supposed to go home the week of the national but since I could not confirm parentage I could not in good faith let puppies go to breeders. Not only did this cause a huge inconvenience but a few people backed out because of it. Pawprint people acted as though it was just a minor inconvenience to me when it was much bigger than that. Very VERY unhappy with them overall. No one tried to make anything right in my opinion. Funny though my credit card got charged right on time...

All but one of my sample turned up missing.

I bought tests while they were on sale to use in the future. There was no time limit in which to use them when I purchased them. I wanted to use them next year after my dogs had passed hips and elbows. The company has decided to institute a time limit in which to use the tests you purchase, which is fine if you purchase them knowing of that condition, but they applied it to my tests as well. I had to use them or lose them. They also only contacted me through email, no letter in the mail. I thought the first emails I had received were just sales emails and didn’t read them. Luckily I read one of the later emails and saw I had only one month left to get my samples in or lose my money. Other than that I had been happy with their services, but because of the way they dealt with this situation, I am going to check out other options in the future

It has been 2 weeks and still have not gotten the results back. Saying not til April 7th. will not be ordering again.
