Always so fast to deliver and get testing done so quickly

Everything well explained

They promptly called me back when I needed a question answered. Excellent response

Best in nature

The accuracy of their service is A1, as is their turn around time for a litter. I will never use any other company.

This company sends out the tests immediately and gives out good communication on when they receive the samples back, when they expect testing to be done, and when the reports are finished. They often times get the testing done quicker than the estimated time, which is nice because you are waiting as long as you thought you were going to have to.

Your turnaround time from order to shipment of tests, receiving tests and time to getting the results was exceptional.

I received a call back very promptly and I also requested my results prior to the 2 week mark and got them within 2 hours. That was so awesome! Thank you!!
