I was very pleased with a quick turnaround time. I was a bit disappointed that there were coupons available to bring the price down. I wish they would just automatically apply them to a purchase. But I’m still happy with the quick turnaround.

Lab testing was fast and well presented. My only reservation has to do with USPS used for expedited services; for the $ a more reliable delivery svc (such as FedEX) should be considered. 5 days cross country "Priority Mail" doesn't seem reasonable.
