I purchased one of these collars for my Chihuahua in a small business that, unfortunately, did not survive the Pandemic. So when I needed to replace it, I googled pawpaws online. The website is easy to navigate, the hardest part being trying to decide which of the really cute styles/pattern to choose! I ordered a wrong size, contacted them, so when I reordered they included a send-back package for easy return. These collars and leashes are beautifully designed, and really well made. High quality all around, with customer service to match. My Chihuahua, Calvin and I enjoy strutting our pawpawsusa stuff!
