I spent 80 $ and asked for them to bath, cut tonails. Ears and havanese style and all they did was cut the dogs hair. I wS told not to take my dog their anymore cause he is to stiff when grooming. Grommer are supposed to be trained to groom dogs that are freakish when grooming. I've been going to this place for 5 years now and theirs always a problem. I'm almost happy the owner told me not to take my dog their anymore. Their a ripoff and have unethical business practices. Yhe owner reminds me of a mean dog and truly is . Happy to find facility that knows how to do what they need to do. Do what u ask them to do and takes credit cards. Happy to be ending my relationship with Paw Paws.

Hello, We believe this review may be intended for a different business. Paw Paws USA does not offer grooming services of any kind. We are a retail pet boutique specializing in handmade collars, leashes, harnesses, and pet goods. We do not provide bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, haircuts, or grooming appointments, nor do we employ groomers. Because of this, we have no record of the services described in your review. We respectfully ask that you double-check the business name and location and update or remove this review so it reflects the correct company. If you intended to review a grooming facility, this feedback would be best directed to them. Thank you for your time, and we wish you and your pet the best moving forward. Paw Paws USA Greenville, SC
