Happy to working with Pawjourr/The Woof Agency. This is our second or fourth time working with them. Able to create fun content and create more bond with my furkids. We are able to try out new brands as well too. Explanation like detail for the job is clear, at times they help us to clear our question if there is any. We would love to work with them again.

I appreciate all the opportunities given to pet accounts to trial new products etc.. However the response from the Pawjourr team has much room for improvement. I’m still wondering why my 3 emails sent were not replied??

I’ve been working with Pawjourr for a couple of years and have always had great experiences. I’ve gotten to try many different products and have never had any issues with shipping, payment, etc. I also like that you’re able to sign up for campaigns and do everything through the dashboard. Their website is also very cute and fun to use! 😊
