Terrible Service - Never Was Delivered - Money Lost
Terrible Service. We ordered 2 UGCs over a MONTH ago to be made and paid upfront before even getting to select the creators. One creator supplied the worst quality video I have ever seen, and the second never sent us anything. They now both ignore us, the Pawjourr team are on 'leave' (great timing there, good coincidence) so we have lost our money... have no usable creatives to show for it... and spent over $400 in Express Shipping fees to send our product to them. DO NOT use Pawjourr! You will regret it. 0/10.
