The hand painted tag came out better than I even expected and was finished and shipped very quickly. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Beautiful job

Charms are beautiful, I now have all three of my dogs that Helena painted for me! Very easy to work with and great communication on the process of creation. Would recommend for self, or a gift!

I love my hand painted bag charm so much that I had one made in brown and black. It’s absolute perfection. I get stopped and asked about it all of the time.

Pawbau was extremely communicative during the process while making my two charms. They are beautiful and exceeded my expectations. My wife will love them for Christmas.

From beginning to finished product, Helena kept in contact with me about the customized purse charm. The finished product was gorgeous, and a beautiful, creative gift for our friend. Couldn’t have asked for better care, and help!

Consistent emails and status updates. The product is absolutely perfect. She captured all of the fun details of my pup, including his underbite with his teeth showing.

I would definitely recommend Pawbau. They were incredibly communicative with me via email. And provided updates of the entire process until arrival. The charm was extremely unique and a great customization for my bag. I would 1000% buy from them again!
