The white blanket came with black stitching, very noticeable. And wasn't as plush as shown in ad. Company did settle with me quickly for half. Also comparable blankets sell on Amazon for half! Wished I'd did my homework before buying!

The dog blanket I ordered did not look the same as the picture shown on the website. So, I initiated the return. Pay attention to the return policy, for restocking and return fees. Or you can prepay a $5.00. fee upon purchase to reduce the fee if returned. (Like return insurance). Company was very responsive.

They have very nice products , but you need to be 100% sure , that your order doesn't need to be returned , as that is a huge hassle and even after going through all of it , I was still not able to return the product... Update: They just emailed me, that I could donate the bed to a shelter and that they would reimburse me my money ...so it seems , I do get it sorted out finally...Unfortunately you can only communicate over email with them, as they've gotten rid of the phone support , witch would be so much more convenient , but the person whom helped me out via email was very nice and helpful....

Ordering and shipment were great! Got it quickly with no flaws. I took out some of the cushions in the small travel bed and my dog was more comfortable. She is a weird size not small not medium and is awkward in the car but we made it work! The car seat is amazing! She leaks urine so it's easy to clean up! I ordered the grey and the tan throw. The grey throw leaks fuzz so much every time I wash it! My washer is filled with grey fuzzy bits for days! I love the brown throw it's amazing, soft, and she seems to like it better as well. Makes me wonder what is different about the grey material vs the brown one.

Dear All: I have 7 PAW Beds and 5 waterproof Throws... I couldn't be happier with these PAW products, washable and comfortable. My SENIOR Golden TRescues who have been severly abused need this comfort. I had one issue which Ms. Faye took care of and for that I am truly grateful. Try Paw.com out, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! Or your Fur-Babies for sure! God Bless You. My Precious Fur-Babies

So I have a couple of these products. (Bed and blanket.) And they are super high quality and a great product. But I can not understand why a seemingly good company puts this unrealistic, jacked up price on their items and then States a sale price which is more like the original price would be. They are great products but would no where near sell for $323-448 per blanket!! Why are they so misleading with your advertising and ruining the integrity of their product and company?? When I called them out on a FB post advertising up to 90% off, a representative messaged me and sent me a blanket at the true 90% off. But you should not have to go through that to get a realistic sale price. Rate them a 3 because the products that I have received are good. But prices and advertisements are misleading.

Paw.com is realistically not worth the money. I have two blankets, one for my couch and one for my bed. They are NOT advertised correctly for size. The “king” barely fits my queen bed unfortunately. Only buy from here if you have a discount code or something.

I purchased large faux fur dog bed from paw.com. Not supportive enough for large breed/GSD. Have no idea how they charge $170 for this item when you can get comparable at Costco for 40 bucks. The only reason I give 3 stars bc Customer Service is awesome and gave me full refund!
