Absolutely horrible. They have this automated system that says it ships super quick. I reached out to support and they say, sorry your order is processing we can't change anything. So now I have something I didn't order, if you return it they have tons of fees, so it cost you just as much to return it than the item costs. I will never buy from them ever again.

My experience with Paws has been very negative regarding their honesty in refunds for orders which results in a time-consuming discourse that goes nowhere. Their products are wonderful and we have purchased many blankets (which are very expensive) through the years. Unfortunately, when it comes to a return or a matter where I just purchased an order and noticed the discount; Paws will always find excuses not refund money for the purchase. This is one of the many examples from an email discourse dated 6/2/2025: Contact me at as soon as possible! I left a message and tried to even send you an email which failed as well. I am a valuable customer of your company and now a furious customer one. I do not want to lose my $30 dollars (after I spent over well over $200 in the past 2 years) just because YOU locked me out of my account. I spent over an hour with silly tasks of verification. I love your products; however, I am furious at how your website and resources for making it very difficult for the customer both in time and frustration when locked out of their account. It seems that this is all at our expense in time and money. All we want is a cooling blanket with a well-deserved discount. We have had several experiences whenever we wanted a refund. After many trials and tribulations, Paws will refund your money.

I choose a product and went to pay for it and the website hung with no confirmation. I did it again and ended up ordering twice. I have no notification of where the product is or when shipped. I will have to take the time to return one set and pay a fee to do so. Poor service and website.
