Terrible experience so far. Ordered a blanket 3 weeks ago and received an email with a tracking number stating that it had shipped. Was supposed to receive on 12/27. When it didn't come, the UPS tracking site said "Delayed" and I have not been able to get any other information. Customer service has been unreachable, either through phone or email. I strongly suspect that this product never shipped and that the product is on backorder. I feel that this was presented dishonestly on the website and with the email I received telling me that it had shipped. If it's not in stock, please don't waste my time and money!

60 x 80 is more like 55 x 75 inches which is disappointing. Smells very much of chemicals, so much i wouldn't let my dogs near it until washed THEN following the gentle and hang dry instructions left the mat incredibly clumpy and hair fell out. Do not recommend. Not even worth returning

I received the ultra thick cloud bed I ordered in a bundle with a "king" size blanket. When the blanket arrived weeks ago, I called to inform the company that they had clearly sent me the wrong blanket as this was not king sized at all and barely covered the top of our queen bed. I was informed that "oh these aren't people king size, just dog king sized", which is ridiculous and laughable but it was a birthday present for my beloved 11 year old best friend and the bed was the real gift anyway. The bed came. It is awful. The memory foam inside is in pieces. I can feel three separate chunks inside that do not come together so there is actually 1-3 inch cracks in which my arthritic dog could step?!?! That isn't where the extreme disappointment ends. If you feel the foam pad you can actually feel that the foam is broken up even further into tiny chunks. I can feel like 15-20 little floating pieces that are not connected to anything. There is no way in the world that this is Orthopedic. I wouldn't let her step onto this with her arthritis much less lay her body across this lumpy mess all night!  For $250 (discounted 20% from $312 I expect A LOT MORE than this piece of crap.  I could easily buy her 3 of the bagel bed she usually sleeps in for that. But I thought I would treat her extra special and splurge on her for her 11th birthday.  Honestly, they should be ashamed for taking preying people that love their elderly pets so much that they would save up to afford something to comfort them.

Terrible company. I ordered their most expensive protector. Took months to arrive. Customer service was terrible. I received the blanket/protector and it looks nothing like it did in the photos.

This company is horrible! DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered not one but two paw protector blankets and never received them. Customer Service does not get back to you to give you any feedback or help. Save your time and money and find another company to buy from.

Never received my king sized PupProtector throw blanket even though it was marked delivered with the Marley mist spray I received. The pack slip for the spray only reflected 1 item so I assumed there was a delay in shipping for the actual blanket. Contacted customer service via email and call/voice message multiple times to check on status of blanket and no response. I feel scammed. Looking back at the Paw.com website, if you try to filter for negative reviews (2 stars or less), there are none. Seems like they are padding/screening the honest feedback BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Awful company-- they do not allow you to write reviews on their site if they are not positive, and their products are extremely poor quality! The faux fur sheds everywhere and they won't let you return merchandise. When you call their customer service, they claim that they have 'never heard' of such a problem, but when you come to TrustPilot, you can see that lots of people have had bad experiences with them. I will never shop with them again. There's probably a reason their products are not available at better stores and sold only through their website. I gave them a try only to understand how deceptive their site, merchandise ratings and return policy are. These items are well over $100.
