Do Not Buy from this company! I recently ordered the puppy waterproof throw. I don’t remember ordering the Marlie Mist but received & was charged for this item also. At $129.00 for the throw I expected a nice throw. It is very heavy & stiff and I would never use this. I wanted to immediately return both items, however, I have tried for weeks to contact this company by email & phone with no answer. When you call customer support no one EVER answers & I have sent 4 emails with no response. I am beyond frustrated and now feel that this company is not legit. What does a person have to do to return items ordered but not be able to return them if not satisfied. Again, Do Not Order from Paw,com!!!! Diane R.

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a month. I did not get my full order and they will not call back or email me. It’s like they just don’t exist! As I look at the reviews, it looks like in 2021 they had good customer service . What happened in 2021? I would like some answers!!

wish there were a NO star option. product we received did not look like catalogue or web photo. Product itself was fine, but wrong color. we emailed, called, left phone number etc.- at least 4-5 times over a several week period. Never got any response. even found the name of the owner of the company and emailed him directly. not a scam, but worst customer service ever- even worse than a cable company.

This company is a scam. I bought an expensive blanket online that I never received. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. This company has stole mine and a lot of other people's money.

I paid nearly $400 for two blankets and a bed. I only received the bed. The phone number and chat function are both non operational and they have not replied to any of the 3 emails I sent these past three weeks.

Do not buy from this company. Total scam. Charged my credit card and product has never been received. There is no customer service at all. You can never reach anyone by phone and no one from the company responds to emails.

I ordered one of their bundles (PupRug Bundle - Orthopedic Bed Curve + Matching Waterproof Blanket) and while I did receive the bed very fast, the blanket was nowhere to be found. I've called their number at least 8 times, and all it says is "No one is available, leave a message" and I did, about 4 times. I also sent 3 emails, and zero response.

DO NOT buy from these scammers! Customer service is non-existent- no one responds to emails & all 5 of my calls to them were disconnected! Buy from anyone/anywhere but DO NOT buy from these underhanded & shady schemers!!
