The memory foam mattress has never fully expanded. I have had it for a few weeks now, it is only about 50% expanded. I have tried a few times to call and I have sent a few emails. I have left voicemail messages. I have never gotten a response from Paw. But I do get daily emails trying to sell more products.

I place an order January 27th which stated 2-4 business day shipping. Received a shipping confirmation a day later with a tracking number that goes to a invalid link. Tracking number cannot be recognized by any tracking system online. Contacted Paw.com and requested a valid tracking number. Still have not received a response. Submitted a PayPal dispute and they have tried contacting Paw.com about the order with no response from the seller. Good luck getting your order

I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before purchasing. Ordered a bed well over a month ago. Received an email that it had shipped but the tracking link doesn't work. Emailed customer service twice with no response. Cutting my losses at this point which is really disappointing as the money I used was a gift.

Lie after lie about where my order is / keep saying it’s dispatched and I’ve to wait. Ordered a no pull harness for my puppy - be pointless by time it arrives - If it ever gets here!!! Will have to purchase elsewhere. Shocking customer service

This product is a complete scam! I have never spent so much on pet beds under false advertising. They are not water resistant AT ALL! the pee soaks right through the "water resistant" liner. This is the whole reason I chose to purchase this item in hopes it'd be easier for cleaning, WRONG! The foam is uncomfortable, it's very stiff foam and my dogs HATE it. Also, the cover sheds in chunks from them trying to scratch around to make it comfortable. Now that the urine has soaked into the foam there is no way I'll be able to wash it out.

Product description was misleading. Much of the filling in the "memory foam" dog bed is actually cardboard. They have not answered my customer service contact attempt.

Do not purchase. wife purchased a dog bed, we waited over 2 months and never got it. we called customer service gave them all our info and we were told we never purchased anything from there even though the money was taken from our bank. terrible service, i repeat do not use this site.
