This is a joke!!! It's nothing like the pet bed advertised. What a waste of money!! Not worth returning as I would have to pay for it. It's not fit for purpose.

These guys suck!!!! Say they ship 1-2 business days after ship….. sent 2 emails after over a week…. Zero response. They say they are Canadian based, which I now doubt. Bed better be good quality! Update May 4, 2022-bed received. Says to give memory foam a day or two to fully decompress. Let me tell ya, it DOES not. I paid for an orthopaedic dog bed, I got a fuzzy mat for $189. To add insult to injury, they screw you over by not letting you return it after the packaging has been opened. Sleazy call on their part, as the memory foam is not memory foam, but you don’t find out until after it’s opened. Don’t waste your money!!!

The product may be great but I can’t be sure due to the terrible customer service. I placed an order for this awesome looking blanket. Right after I hit submit I realized that Apple Pay put in an old address. I immediately contacted the customer support via email to let them know the correct address. I received no response. I waited a bit and emailed support again. No response. I called and left a voicemail. No response. Then the blanket shipped to the old address in another state, and has never been seen, even after contacting the current resident at the old address. I was billed of course. Then I got a finally got a follow up on 3/3/22 to the customer service request I had started 2/13/22 after playing the order. It didn’t offer any solution, it was an automated response asking if they had resolved my concern. I related what happened, and once again, no response. So bottom line, as far as I can tell I am out $116 unless the product somehow reappears, and even then I’ll need to pay shipping to have the occupant at the old address ship it to me. Paws.com may have great products, though I can’t vouch for that as this was my first order, but good luck if you need any help.

Scammers. Quickly take your money but no rush to send product which they say is uk based. Tracking states package is coming from China. Customers services told me to pray when I asked for a refund.

I placed and order, money was taken from my account. Never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. I sent an email and received a basic support email back saying request for support was closed. If you phoned the number the customer service agents were very nice but they only thing they could tell me was that my order hasn’t shipped yet. I waited weeks for any sort of an update but nothing and finally just requested a refund. I will not be using this company again.
