The wait to chat was a little longer…
The wait to chat was a little longer than I expected. Having had surgery yesterday morning I was exhausted and after about a 20 minute wait I let them know I was going to bed. She left me detailed info on my questions and referred me to a lesson that may help with what I am experiencing while trying to train my pups. I very much appreciated waking up to the chat conversation being addressed even though I had gone on to bed. As my last French Bulldog lived to be 15 he passed away a year ago; I haven’t trained or had a new puppy in 16 years. I feel inadequate in knowing the proper or best way to help them become obedient, well adjusted dogs. She helped address my fears that I was woefully unprepared and explained that my expectation for the “stay” command was a little above what their age might allow. I found her response very helpful in managing my expectations.

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're so sorry about the wait time, especially when you were recovering from surgery! It's completely understandable to feel uncertain after 16 years - losing a beloved dog who lived such a full life at 15 must have been heartbreaking. You're doing wonderfully by seeking guidance, and managing expectations around puppy development is so important! Max is lucky to have such a caring, thoughtful parent. With patience and the right approach, you'll both do great! 🤝🐾 Wishing you a smooth recovery and happy training with Max! PawChamp Team 🐾️
