UPDATED Their money back guarantee is ridiculous …

Their money back guarantee is almost impossible to fulfil. You get the second payment taken from your account and if you cannot fulfil lots of conditions like completing the first module, contacting their support at least twice in 30 days and many other things then they will not give a refund of second payment. I was happy to pay the first payment. I contacted them for advice with no reply. They must be making a lot of money from this and for that reason I give it 1 star and would not recommend. UPDATE: After 3 different people replying to me saying no refund, me telling them I would review them. Then me telling them I never wanted the first payment back, only the second one they took from my account because their money back conditions are unobtainable - you have to meet the conditions within 30 days and if you are unaware of the subscription, it doesn’t leave your account until 30days from first payment. Anyway, the 3rd person said she would refund the €36.95. That’s all I ever wanted but still, there must be a lot of money made by this company from unaware customers.
