Very friendly and professional
Anna listened carefully to the issues that we were experiencing with our rescue puppy and provided clear, targeted advice. She also gave us a structured plan to work on with information on what to expect moving forward. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Take a close look at what the ‘trial’ leads to
Signed up for a paid ‘trial’, realised it wasn’t for me but now got a full subscription taking £34.99 & not entitled to a refund. You get no communication from them apart from an initial email.

Jenna gave great advise
Jenna gave great advice. She tried to find out when my dogs start this annoying behavior and immediately gave valuable hints how to tackle the problem. I am very happy with Jenna.

I feel like I’ve been heard!
Nancy was very good to interact with today. She asked probing questions relevant to my dog’s particular situation and made me feel like I could tackle the first problem…so I hit her with my second issue and she took it on like a champ…and then asked if I would follow up with her as I move through a specific time period. Excellent experience for sure! Thanks Nancy for all your help!!
