I did not actually order the service
I did not actually order the service, however, after I was billed...twice, I reached out to customer service and they had me a refund going out almost immediately. EVeryone I dealt with was very pleasant. So...yes, I was impressed on out quicky their customer service resolved the issue.

I was contacted right away and informed me that my account has been canceled, per my request. Now, I'm waiting to hear about a refund for the many months you've charged me. Once I hear on that, I'll revise my review as appropriate.

They took care of my problem and…
They took care of my problem and refunded my money. That should have been the end of it, but I keep getting emails from them saying that they have taken care of my problem. They are also giving me a free month of service. This is all fine but they need to make it clear that you are subscribing to a service that cost nearly $40.00 a month from the beginning.
