Trial lets you try program.
The services were not what I expected. I found videos to be hard to watch because of the patching of video segments together. Content was appropriate for the material and topics. Customer service will work with you to resolve billing issues.

Do NOT download this app. I downloaded a basic course, and they started charging me automatically for a premium package I never signed up for. There was no clear consent, no confirmation, and no transparency around the renewal or upgrade. They advertise a “money-back guarantee,” but it’s written in a way that conveniently excludes situations where they debit your account without authorisation — which is exactly what happened to me. The “course” content is extremely poor: mostly AI-generated replies, generic one-liners, and no real expert support. It feels like an automated system pretending to offer personalised help. Honestly, save yourself the frustration. The app is misleading, the billing practices are questionable, and the experience is nothing like what’s advertised. Avoid this app at all costs.

Great instructions to fix problem areas
She was able to quickly identify what I was doing wrong and provide clear instructions to fix the issues. She was also very kind and lmk not to beat myself up like I have been doing the last few months.
