Be advised - the course is basic obedience, not vagus nerve reset

Adding an edit: After my review, their team refunded my purchase and reached out. I hate that it was only in reaction to a bad review, but I'll happily take this resolution. And since the company ended up resolving my issue, I feel comfortable giving a better grade. And to be fair, the training material that I received is good, sound advice. It's the exact same material I use as a professional. I just feel that the marketing strategy is misleading, as I thought I was purchasing something different than what I received. I would like to warn to customers BEWARE. I purchased this product based on a misleading description. I am a licensed dog trainer, who is well trained in basic obedience, and I was interested in learning about a "vagus nerve reset" (which was the description for what I purchased). I wanted to expand on my knowledge. However, AFTER paying for this course, I realized there is nothing remotely related to that topic and instead the course offers basic obedience training, which is what I already do professionally. When I attempted to get a money back guarantee, I have been told that I don't qualify - even though I reached out immediately upon realizing this course is not as advertised. The reason being that I didn't try it for 7 days, and I haven't reached out to their experts for help. Pardon me, but I AM a dog trainer, and I don't need to reach out for something I'm already certified in. My base complaint is how utterly misleading the advertising was. And given the response to my request for a refund, it's clear that no context is considered from these customer service agents. I do NOT recommend this course.
