Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! I’d be extremely careful when using this business. I purchased puppy toilet training class. Nowhere did it mention a subscription but I got put on a subscription without even knowing. My class was $15USD and next thing I’m being charged $38.95USD. Nowhere to cancel subscription, not even by downloading their app. I emailed to cancel my subscription and still they wouldn’t cancel it! I kept getting generic email replies (probably AI based), and only time I got a response was when I stated I’d be following through with my bank and also PayPal. However, even though I got an email to say they had cancelled, they had not done it. Never before have I dealt with such a deceitful business…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Update to reply: I tried your methods, it wasn't until I put my review up that you wished to refund me. A negative review is the ONLY way you will get a refund. However, there is stipulations that my negative review be removed to get the refund. NOPE, not happening. To add to this, there is also no way you can unsubscribe from their constant, annoying emails. Each day I get a 'we will refund you, if you remove your review' .... NOPE, not happening. Others need to be aware of such a deceptive business!!! You should hang your head in shame.....
