Paul was great. Asked a series of questions to understand the exact nature of the problem and then followed up with advice and more questions. He offered a game plan for addressing the problem (separation anxiety and bad behavior) and asked me to follow up. I found him super helpful, practical and supportive. Excellent service! Thank you
