Scamming Elderly People!

My elderly mom was somehow signed up to this service, one very important factor to remember in this review is that my mom has Zero pets! and this is a dog training service?! When mom finally saw the charges of £70 leaving her PayPal account she contacted PawChamp straight away she tried several times to explain she didn't sign up for this service, she has no pets and simply can not afford to loose over £300 !!!!!! She was met with robotic cold heartedness. They have rules you have to comply with to get a refund . Rules are as follows 1) You reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and before your subscription ends. 2) You’ve followed the recommended course for at least 7 days in a row and completed the first module. 3) You’ve contacted our expert team at least twice for personalized guidance and tried their advice. You can share briefly how you followed the expert’s tips and why they didn’t work for you and your dog. How on earth someone who has been signed that has no pets can meet the above "rules" is impossible. 1) wouldn't be able to contact within 30 days as she was totally unaware of the actual sign up ! 2) Couldn't follow the 7 day course if she tried as she has ZERO pets! 3) would have no need to contact an experts she had no idea about this service and again has NO PETS!!. Totally disgusting how they can take pensioners money and not even try to come to and agreement even a partial refund would have been better than what they did offer her - Their offer - 1) Free access to all content and chats with Dog Experts for 30 extra days — completely free. Your choice of one: 2) 75% off your next subscription, or Bonus PDFs with 28-Day Obedience Challenge to keep learning offline. SHE HAS NO PETS! Totally disgusting inhumane behaviour ! If this is how they treat pensioners I dread to think how they treat other humans! ###UPDATE### Paw champs have replied to this review asking/advising us to contact them which we had already done and is where we got the above cold hearted response. Just not acceptable £267 is a huge amount of money for a pensioner to loose. We have extensively chatted to your "customer support" advisors. Emma, Lily, Margo & Timothee. APPULING SERVICE
