Thought I purchased a training program
Thought I purchased a training program. Turned out to be an unauthorized subscription! They are evidently based in Cyprus and you’ll never get your money back! BUYER BEWARE!!! Update…. A rep for PawChamp reached out to me after this review posted and offered a refund of the monthly subscription amount. I accepted their offer and updated this review & rating…

Absolute worst
Absolute worst. I haven’t used the product. Won’t refund. Overly expensive. Don’t waste your money. I even explained the hardship this caused. Still refused to refund. Like I said haven’t even used it. Was in the hospital so I couldn’t use it. They just don’t care.

Ive been charged 100€ already
Ive been charged 100€ already - can’t cancel subscription, customer service is just lying. I used the app for like 4 minutes - realised it doesn’t work for me and there is no way to cancel subscription in the app. Subscription isn’t listed just as other subscription on the iPhone and customer support doesn’t cancel it. I reached out to a lawyer and am very angry. Also it’s just random AI generated content. No real trainer.
