Scam perpetual "subsription"

Scam. The videos were very difficult to understand and basically said always use a treat. I gave up after 3 days. They said 100% satisfaction guarantee. No refund. I was willing to write off the initial $45 as a bad purchase. Then, 6 months later - surprise -they billed me $95 for my "subscription". I avoid subscriptions like the plague and don't remember seeing anywhere that this was one. They now refuse to let me cancel the subscription - said cancellation was only allowed for 30 days. Total ripoff. Paypal was of no help in resolving. Update: Paw champ's reply says one can unsubscribe anytime. Best regards, Sophia from Customer Support Team" This was in response to their surprise billing 5 months after initially trying their program. So apparently they think I can only cancel within 30 days after jumping through their hoops. Every reputable annual subscription I have notifies me BEFORE renewal. Paw-Champ prefers their perpetual scam. UPDATE 2: Paw Champ offered to refund my money- only if I removed this review. However, dealing with surprise auto-renewal for a service of no value has been an ugly process, and I believe that potential customers have a right to know that. I think that Paw-Champ's policies still need to be corrected, and subscription fees should always offer an opt-out before renewal, because often subscribers are receiving no additional value (value which they have the sole right to determine). Surprise renewals are nothing but exploitation of the people you should care about most.
