I just started using PawChamp and…
I just started using PawChamp and chatted into a trainer for general where to start with two dogs questions. I thought I’d be chatting in to a chat bot but it was an actual person, Nate. He was super helpful. Asked questions about our dogs, gave me best places to start for both of them. I’m excited to start working with our dogs and feel like Nate has a genuine interest in helping and keeping me accountable by sending in videos and updates on how things are going.

Signed up via apple subscriptions
Signed up via apple subscriptions. Before my subscription was about to be charged again, I checked my apple subscriptions (as told by their website) and Pawchamp was not appearing. Next couple days, i get charged. They then tell you to cancel online through profile settings, which is nowhere to be found on the website. Support chat stated that he cannot cancel my subscription and only tried to upsell me or extend my subscription at at discount. I completely unloaded my frustration on him. He then said "I have cancelled your subscription." Their subscriptions are a horrible trap. Not sure about content because I never got around to it but be careful.

Review
First, I feel like that was a lot of work to get this canceled and it made me feel like if I missed one reply, it would not have gotten taken care of so I feel if there have could have been less communication and just a direct answer. I would have been more appreciative of that. I also do not know if I missed the information when I originally signed up or if it's not obvious that it's a subscription so that may be something that I could go back and look at or you may want to as well. All this being said, I am very grateful that you canceled the subscription -thank you

Idenitify and tips to fix issue
She helped me identify that my rescue dog likes to pee on soft surfaces, like carpet. Probably due to being in a shelter for 2 months. She gave me some ideas to help break this bad habit.
