Elsie once again thank you for the timely responses . The knowledge and skills from all of you are truly impressive. Ok I will attempt all all the advise you have provided today and also take not of the ‘ paw modelling ‘ of the older dog ‘ . So glad Daisy has cued on to this from her elder sibling .

Jenna listened to what I had to say about blues problems n myself which I hadn’t said much before (as probably tired and felt relaxed) n as signed up for help might as well get the help to suit us so u need to know what dealing with Thanks Jenna for chatting n explaining treats etc🤗

John was amazing!
John was amazing! Obviously, he went back and read through my correspondence with Kate to get the full picture, and followed through with information and encouragement! So far I think your team is fantastic and I actually feel like we are friends, 😊 and you will help us, and Faith, do what is best for her so we can all be a happy dog family!!!

I subscribed to PawChamp and later…
Edit: after submitting this review, The company reached out and finally refunded this subscription and offered some free PDFs which without having a dog is kind of useless, but they asked that I would either remove or edit my review so I have. I subscribed to PawChamp and later forgot to cancel after my dog passed away. When I noticed a six-month renewal charge of $95 and requested a refund, I was told company policy requires third-party documentation of a pet’s death. My dog is buried on a family farm, so there is no documentation to provide. Even my veterinarian did not require proof when I informed them I would not be returning. The company refused a refund based on this policy. During signup, the app’s intake questions indicated I was using the program for a senior dog experiencing age-related memory and training regression. I disputed the charge with my bank. I recommend others be aware of this policy before subscribing.
