Compassion and kindness
My beloved dog was killed just week or less after placed an order. Clearly, I would not be able to use the product so I requested a refund which was immediately granted. As a 79 year old widow, I am deeply grateful for the compassion and kindness that was extended to me. Experiencing someone doing the next right thing is indeed a blessing in these troubled times.

Knowledgeable and Thorough
Taylor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He recognized that the first lesson in the first training plan I was starting was not going to be beneficial for my dog's specific needs, and he helped me adjust our daily training goals. He explained everything we need to do in easy to follow step-by-step instructions.

Avoid this company like it's a scam ... because it is.
I purchased a one time training guide January 15 2026 for $15.19 ~ I'm now being charged $38.95 a month for a service that I did not ask for, and do not want. Their web site has no direct way to cancel their services, they have no customer support phone number or any useful business information at all regarding the company, where it's company head is, any discreet EULA information ... nothing. There is a web form to submit a zendesk service ticket and I got a reply from "Emily Parker Head of Customer Success" asking me to provide a site nickname ... I didn't create an account to have a user name / nickname as this was a one time purchase.
