Great help
My questions were answered quickly with feedback that could be implemented easily. We did get disconnected a couple of times but that could have been due to my WiFi.

Individualized Attention
Very prompt response. More importantly, Hazel took great care to understand the problem and craft a plan for solving it. I felt that I received individualized attention, not a canned response, for which I am grateful.

Read Everything thoroughly before clicking yes !
Disappointed that this company is not transparent at the time of your initial purchase. I purchased what I assumed to be a module not to have this every month. They prey on people like me who didn't notice until I went over drawn and their fees had DOUBLED!! Only then you get the products terms and conditions thrown at you each time you raise a ticket. The customer service is just reminding you that they are transparent and it’s written in their terms. Even now on line they show the basic £9.99 but in that window nothing about being charged double after the first month. You won’t get any notifications about the increase only once they’ve taken your Money !!! I’ve made every effort to engage with them and I get the same response. I have deleted the app and requested my account be deleted. Then they request I contact them via the app - I would never use their app again through fear of being charged for using it ! I have today been informed I will receive a full refund, so they DO have customer services, just a shame it escalated this far before they resolve it. I’m happy with the final outcome. Thanks for resolving my issue.

Après facturation de 19.99 euros, hop ! souscription à un abonnement de 49,99 euros par mois ! Après contact avec le service client, ils m'ont remboursé le montant prélevé.
