I had many concerns
I had many concerns, this didn’t phase phase advisor who made suggestions for each dog and each concern also suggested courses from library to further assist and sent me links of where to find, very helpful

It was prompt and helpful
It was a quick response to my question, they took time to read my request and gave easy instructions to follow for the exercises

Unexpected expensive subscription renewal
On 28th Jan I signed up for what I believed was a one-off payment of £15.19 believing it allowed me to access the training course as and when I needed to on my mobile app. On 27th Feb I was charged a whopping £38.95 so I immediately contacted Paw-Champ to question the situation and request a refund. After all, I had not received ANY emails to a) provide T&Cs and advice of a cooling off period, or to advise it will renew a month later costing more than double the amount, and b) no email to advise the subscription was about to renew. After several emails I finally gained my refund of £38.95, but not without a fight. Not impressed I'm afraid.

Ich merkte, dass ich Nisu mit meinem Tempo überfordert habe!! Kleinere Spaziergänge mit richtigem Verhalten (Angst akzeptieren, ein Schritt zurück!)
