Don't expect a refund if your not happy.
Quite a comprehensive app, however, after the first 3 days of using, my daughter ( who lives in another city) had was admitted to hospital for surgery, I chose to drop everything and go (priorities). Simultaneously an offer was coming in on one of my properties, I wrote and explained I wished to cancel and exercise the refund policy to look at taking again at another date is the foreseeable future when life resumed a normal non hectic pace. I failed to meet refund criteria - REALLY? 100% policy should not have been refused because I hadn't completed 7 days? (which was clearly explained) Health and domestic drama, does not operate by a calendar. So they made it very clear I would not be refunded. I will seek an alternative site in future. PLEASE NOTE; AFTER THIS REVIEW WAS PUBLISHED THEY HAVE IN FACT REACHED OUT AND NOW REFUNDED. I WILL RETURN TO THIS SITE IN THE FUTURE AND REVIEW ACCORDINGLY.
