I ran out of time
I signed up with every intention of getting back to basics, especially now it is heading towards spring. However, life happens. I emailed support and they were happy to help me and offered an option I could buy the course I was interested in without having to maintain a subscription for the rest. So now I can go back when life settles down again. Thank you!

Canceled Account
I told her that the service tried charging my card today, so I chatted in to cancel it and to make sure it does not charge my credit card. She said that it will not charge my credit card and she canceled my account. I appreciate her taking care of it pretty quickly.

So far it is a refresher course of things he has learned but lacking ongoing work at them he has gotten sloppy.
