“No Refund" policy - with multiple updates

Updates at the bottom … this story ends well. I hope Paw Champ will reconsider their policies, because the service can definitely be helpful. BEWARE - there is no reminder or notice of your subscription renewing, and it is difficult to cancel your service. I had to email the company and request cancelation because there are no options to cancel in the platform (despite what their policies say!). They do not offer refunds except under a VERY limited set of circumstances (which are described on their website, if you look for them). So make sure you're either very committed and ready to spend $50 per month, or very organized and request cancelation multiple days before your subscription automatically renews, because once it renews, you will not get your money back. UPDATE: Since I am not able to reply to their response, I will provide an update here. First - I had multiple back and forth emails with the Paw Champ team prior to submitting my review. I submitted my review after they confirmed in three separate emails that they would not be refunding my second payment. They offered me more time on the platform, but I only logged in once, and have no plans to use the platform again, so that option is not helpful. Second - the chat option they mention is not available to me through their platform. I shared screen shots with them to demonstrate the problem and didn’t hear back with any reasons for the problem. Third - I requested a screen shot showing the messages I received during my signup process. I received a generic screen shot, nothing that was actually connected to my account. So unfortunately I have no way of knowing whether I actually saw the information in the screenshot they sent me. I subscribe to multiple other services that remind me of service renewals in the days before they take place - which I appreciate! Unfortunately this is not the case with Paw Champ - thus the reason for my review. FINAL UPDATE After my review and previous update, I received an email from Paw Champ offering a full refund. So the story ends well… after 7 email exchanges with different people at the company!
