She got to know my dog and where we got…
She got to know my dog and where we got her from. She helped with starting off on a plan with a specific issue my dog is having with loud equipment. This is definitely a great form of communication when not all trainers know how to fix it. Great tool!

Attention à l’abonnement !
L’application dans son ensemble est plutôt bien. Je suis par contre particulièrement déçu de la façon de faire et de présenter le premier abonnement comme étant juste un abonnement unique. Hors il se trouve qu’ils mettent en place des abonnements qui se renouvellent automatiquement ! Et on ne le voit pas, on est pas averti. Trés décevant sur cette partie ! Plus que l’impression de m’être fait arnaquer.

Julie was helpful and professional. I have no problem with my interaction with her. I just didn’t agree with your refund policy. However, after some correspondence back and forth, I was notified that the refund would be issued. I do appreciate that.
