A scam
I requested a free trial and have ended up being charged £97 when I have not subscribed to anything. I confirmed in writing in January that I had not subscribed to anything, they acknowledged this and yet still I have been charged today. I had been told I am not allowed a refund ! This is a scam, they get your card details for the free trial and then steal your money.
