I haven’t used the product
I haven’t used the product. I was curious and researched and somehow found myself with a subscription. We were in the process of an out of state move so taking time to train a dog was the last priority. I would have never signed up for a subscription. Because of the surprise charge it comes across as asl a scam. You might have something good but it doesn’t show that way.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! They steal your money by extending your membership without authorization and then refuse refund. They have given me numerous reasons with false promises for over two weeks of correspondence and still no refund. I am $38.95 poor with a cancelled membership. This is a SCAM! Do not waste your money and fall into the same trap that I have. Avoid PawChamp at all costs.

one off trial a scam for more payments
I had the one off trial but the next month they took out of my account a payment which was double a when I messaged them about it they closed my account which meant I could not get the guarantee refund back 😞
