This is giving me practical guidelines…
This is giving me practical guidelines to improve the behavior of my rescue Vizsla who was more than a handful when we got him at 4 months old. When I brought him home he had little training and after being crated most of the time, was a wild child. My usual training tricks were not working, but I’ve gotten new approaches which are brining him around so THANKS so much.

Hazel was wonderful
Hazel was wonderful. She asked several questions to attempt to get to the reasons we were having barking issues and guided me into helpful solutions and offered to follow up in 3 days to see how our progress is going. Very friendly and informative.

The best helpdesk support ever!

I am most impressed with her prompt responses and her understanding of my issue which she addressed with empathy, personal warmth, and insight into my situation. Having previous experienced helpdesks in other organisations and their one-line responses or frustrating chatbot merry-go-round interactions, Margo exemplified what real humane and customer-focused helpdesk support means, and I am most grateful for her assistance.
