Update; Deceptive Subscription

Update: Deceptive Subscription After talking to several bots about refunding my non-authorized "subscription" a human finally emailed me. While she was rather polite her message was: we will refund your money IF you remove your Trustpilot review. I have declined to remove my review - just so that if others out there are in the same situation. Complain, complain complain and maybe someone will get back to you - but maybe they won't. I have lodged a dispute with the bank. Maybe Visa can do something to stop this deception. The more people who dispute, instead of accept, this unethical practice the higher the chances of your bank warning you BEFORE you make payment that there is a known issue with surprise charges at PAW CHAMP. Orginal post Deceptive around subscription Deceptive around subscription. At no point is it made clear that when you are making a training purchase package, that the purchase is on a subscription basis. If you do want to access a package - you should IMMEDIATELY email to cancel the subscription for which you've been deceptively signed up for. Good luck getting your money back too. I'll be off to my bank to reverse the charge.

Dear Candice, Thank you for sharing your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused. We understand your concern about subscription visibility and refunds. Our intention is always to make pricing and billing terms as clear as possible at checkout, but we appreciate you letting us know that this felt not sufficiently clear in your case. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and is reviewed by our team as part of ongoing improvements. Regarding your comment about refunds being conditional on review removal: we do not require customers to remove or alter reviews in exchange for refunds. Refund decisions are handled independently based on applicable policy. We apologize if our previous communication suggested otherwise or caused any misunderstanding. We also regret that your experience contacting support did not meet expectations. We aim to provide timely and helpful assistance, and we’re sorry this did not happen in your situation. As requested, refunds for both charges have already been processed in full. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we remain committed to improving both clarity and customer support moving forward.️ You can easily reach us through any of the following ways: 1. Email us directly at [email protected] 2. Submit a request via our contact form: https://www.paw-champ.com/contact 3.
