Disappointed!

This program feels like a typical bait-and-switch. It initially creates the impression that you are signing up for a personalized training program, but once you are interested, you are directed to a website that is overwhelming with information, links, and various training resources. I was expecting to be guided through a unique training program designed specifically for my breed of dog and the issues that brought me to the program in the first place. Instead, I was essentially directed to a website and left on my own to choose from various links and training guides, many of which seem unrelated to the specific reason I signed up. I was expecting personalized guidance and a structured training approach, rather than simply being given access to a large library of general information.
