I received little to no training tips…
I received little to no training tips and continued to be charged after requesting a cancellation. Update: After posting this review, the company reached out and refunded me. I appreciate them caring about reviews but it's disappointing that it took a negative review to refund. I do hope others get use from this program, just be aware of what you're signing up for and that communication isn't the best.

Robert really listened to the things…
Robert really listened to the things Intried today with Cooper. Praised and then helped me realize how to make changes that are specific to my situation. I am excited to try the changes and I really believe based on what I have already tried, that Cooper can become a great pet.

Didn't know I had subscribed!
While my request to cancel my subscription was handled very quickly, I think you need to make things clear that signing up for a trial means you are subscribing and will have surprise charges later on

Refused a refund
After the following review, PawChamp did refund the auto pay. "Refused a refund. Could not get family into it, so did not use it. It auto paid next month and they refused to refund it."
