Trainer interest and positive feedback.
Was very happy to speak with trainer even though lapses are our fault Her feedback was sympathetic and positive and mainly helpful. Am looking forward to jumping back in and trying again. I know my Layla is an absolute treasure and deserves a patient and helpful owner and mini owner. She can't help she outsmart us.
