AI Generated garbage, it entices you in to try and get you to spend money to talk to "Experts" (AI Chat Bot). They hook you in with a cheap price and don't make it clear that it's a trial and it will auto renew for £40ish... So many better apps and companies out there. Even free content on Social Media Platforms. Don't waste your time or money. No... I won't contact you directly, my wife has tried that and you told her there are no refunds etc. It's not clear that it's a subscription that renews at an extortionate price, rather than a one off payment. You also aren't interested that you took £40ish of my son's disability money. Absolute scam. When I did try to contact you, your agents closed my ticket with no discussion. I have forwarded the details of my conversation to your Trust Pilot email. I hope that the person that responds to me has more tact and the ability to have a conversation.
