They did a pack out of all my belonging after a major water leak from the apartment above us. When they returned my items several of them were broken/damaged and they refused to reimburse me for ALL the items they damaged. I also had the experience of them trying to cancel on me when returning my stuff because they did not have the help. They hired day laborers who stole my stuff. I would not even give them one star.

We used Paul Davis to help restoration after a house fire. They were countless issues throughout the process, delays and incompetence. Biggest issue at this point is they never finished some of the job and are not responding even at the corporate level to our concerns about warrantied work. Have talked to corporate four times in the past year trying to get issues resolved. Local Paul Davis offices have gone out of business leaving us stranded with no one to reach out to. Would not recommend at all.

This company was hired to clean smoke damage after a fire. Charged thousands of dollars, spent 4 hours on the job and left soot smeared everywhere. Not hundreds but thousands of dollars and the soot is smeared, chemicals and cleaners still all over the walls and ceiling. Shame on this company and they workers. One of the worst experience I ever had. This company took zero responsibility for their own work.

Paul Davis was contracted by my insurance company to assess damage in my condo. Matt showed up promptly. He was both professional and personable. He explained everything he was doing. He submitted the documents to my insurer the same day. Matt at Paul Davis was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise frustrating ordeal.

Paul Davis and company rescued my home from water and termite damage. The company had to demolish most all the interior of my home and restore it. They did a beautiful job and everyone who worked on the demo/restoration was friendly, helpful and professional. I am very happy with my "new" home! I can't thank them enough for my beautiful new home.
