I would not even given 1 star but that's the lowest I can they have taken 0ver 7 months to do any work the did finally, come and put my ceiling up. I had a water lake and my ceiling fell in and my in my kids' room downstairs. When they came the first time all they did was pull my carpet back and take pad out, pull the sheet rock in insulation down and left it. So I had a hole in my ceiling for 7 months.\n But when they left, they just tore all the stuff, left it outside in my driveway, and I had to clean up all of the mess and haul it to the dumps, they wouldn't even clean anything up.\n And then they told me my carpets were fine. They were not they were, they molded. My upstairs carpet was molded. I was living in mold. My son ended up in the hospital breathing. It and the doctors told us we weren't allowed to go back to my home.\n Because we were all getting sick and then they finally came out. But it's still there, they're still just messing around. And now it's been 8 months\n They've overpriced me when they did come to do my ceiling downstairs, they just sat and played on their phones for hours. I have cameras down there and I have proof they're just milk in the clock for to charge me more. And that's not right, they should have just come in, did my job, their job and left, not just sit and milk, the cause it did not take that long is the guy said it dead. I would not recommend these guys for anything. They're not good at all, and they don't keep their word. When they say they're coming, they don't they have no business responsibility except for what they want. But then they charge you extra for my water damage was back in March. And this is the end of October, and I still do not have the work completed in my house and it's still gonna be a while.

If I could leave a -100 stars it still would be too generous for this unprofessional, irresponsible company that lies and gaslights customers. They take your money then don’t want to do the work. My contact “Ed” is the worst! Completely incompetent! Every single statement that comes out of his mouth is an excuse and a lie! I am still trying to wrap up my project with them (that took 15 weeks to complete when I was assured it would be done in a week! For some unknown reason, it is too much work to get a final invoice, which I have been asking for since August 25th! I tried to reach out to the “owner” (at least I was told she was one of the owners), I left 2 messages begging for a call back and some assistance with the lack of follow through and dragging out of my project.. I never received a call back - “shocker”! I should have know that no one at this organization cares about the customer. The entire process was agonizing every step of the way & filled with over the top stress! As I mentioned, I have been begging “Ed” for my invoice for 8 weeks! Even my insurance company is totally fed up with this company and this guy. DO NOT AND I CANT REITERATE IT STRONGLY ENOUGH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! You will be sorry! I will be taking my complaints to other platforms and exploring next steps. No company should treat customers this way!!

If I could rate Paul Davis Restoration 0 stars, I certainly would. This company knowingly doesn't pull building permits, delays and or fails to complete work, writes up contracts and passes the projected due dates by months and years. They don't have a licensed contractor on site when work is taking place, so crappy, lazy workmanship is not overseen or held accountable. I have never in my life worked with a more disreputable company. I have no idea how this company remains in business. My guess is they are paying someone off.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with Paul Davis. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of communication and accountability. They outsource work to third-party companies without properly communicating with us, and our door access information was provided to third parties without our knowledge or consent. Different companies seem to be working independently, with information not being communicated properly. As a result, people don’t show up when they are supposed to, work isn’t completed, and we are left trying to figure out what is happening. Most concerning of all, after more than a week, our home is now dealing with significant mold growth because the necessary work was not properly completed in a timely manner. This has turned an already stressful situation into a much bigger and potentially serious problem. For a company dealing with water damage and insurance claims, we expected much better communication, coordination, and accountability. Unfortunately, our experience with Paul Davis has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I had Paul Davis in to repair a job that was previously done by an owner that wasn’t done properly We purchased this home not knowing this until it all started to crumble and we were left with a huge expense Paul Davies came in and repaired it all. Took us up to 6/7 months because of set backs, but none was of their doing. They sent many different companies through contract work and everyone was great and very obliging and professional. Would definitely get them again if needed

Had a leak in my porch roof and was told verbally it would be $2000 to fix. They came and tore my porch apart and when I called 7 months later because they didn't come back to do anything else, I was told that I pretty much paid 2 grand to have my porch torn up. Garbage company

We were assigned Paul Davis from our insurance company to come and assess our water damage flood in the basement. What we found sneaky and unprofessional the fact that they never gave us an estimate even though we kept asking over and over. Our insurance pushed us to go with them, without giving us options. Unfortunately we signed the contract for them to clean out our basement and now they had us locked in. We got a big surprise billed to our insurance. I left a message to the project manager in charge of our case and still waiting for them to tell us how much the estimate will be for rebuilding what they took out. Paul Davis will have to let the insurance know how much it will cost at some point, now that they seemed to be done with us. Communication was ok at the very beginning and then it seemed like a secret till we got the surprise. We are still left wondering. A company like Paul Davis with years of experience could not tell us what the estimate would have been. We found that unprofessional. Make sure you get quotes and work sheets before signing. They gave us nothing. Can you trust Paul Davis, a big company like that? Its a no for us. Bad experience. We should get some reimbursement for bad customer service. Very unsatisfied and stressed. They only cared for the money.

while the initial response was excellent the follow up was anything but. Small leak in my basement ceiling required $6000 repair. Contact with the company was frustrating. First they wanted access to my home when I was away on holidays- not happening. Then weeks went by with no communication. Several emails messages and phone calls were ignored. Finally several repair dates were promised but not one showed and no explanation. Our lower level room which serves as my wife’s art studio and my music studio was out of commission for over 125 DAYS! Can’t imagine how long a very serious repair would take . I would never recommend this company again . Serious issues with the office staff that schedules the repair work. They are uncommunicative,inefficient and incompetent. G. Brady
