My first order on the PC site was okay. I got a couple of things on sale but found out about ten minutes later that if I had gone through an instagram ad, I would have gotten free shipping. Annoying, but kinda my fault, so whatever. But now, I ordered another item (with free shipping this time) and the tracking page says it’s “undeliverable” and that’ll it’ll be returned to the sender. I haven’t heard anything from PC so I tried calling customer service. On hold for so long I gave up. If you really want to purchase their products don’t go through their shamefully bad site, go to Dermstore or something instead. Go through a different company that doesn’t function like a group of school children pasted it together. I personally think we all have too many skin care options to put up with this. They’ll have to pay me to shop on their site again. Honestly, don’t even buy their products, just get another brand entirely. Also this review had to be edited for “profanity” even though I used asterisks for half of the letters of a particular word. If you’re shopping on Paulas Choice you should be old enough to handle “bad words”, otherwise you’re a child and probably don’t need special serums and moisturizers. Anyways, just know that my experience was so bad that I wanted to curse at PC.

Paula'sChoice makes use of silicones, such as dimethicone and cyclopentasiloxane. Why silicones are bad for your skin and hair: please google "why avoid silicones on skin". Also, silicones are not bio-degradable, thus bad for the environment as well. Paula'sChoice does not claim to be silicone-free, they just don't mention it...

I ordered 3 or 4 products and paid for them online only to receive an email saying the order had been cancelled for some reason and no information about why or when I’d be refunded. Still waiting for reply, very unfortunate...

I purchased a sunscreen powder that was shown in Real Simple Magazine. The powder was difficult to open and when I finally figured it out it barely delivered the product to the brush. I emailed the company and it took them a very long time to respond. On the website they say that they accept returns if you are not happy but I had to pay for shipping to return the item. I will not be buying from them again.

Bad service after using a bad product.

I gave it a one Star not because of quality of the products, rather Paula has abandoned her ordinal philosophy that attracted me in the first place. She have much larger sizes with affordable prices. Now her products are very small and much higher in price. There are so many add on products it is difficult to tell which ones are needed.

Terrible terrible shipping. Seriously. The first order I placed a week after shipping I got an email saying my package was undeliverable. which is confusing as f because I obviously use my home address for years and get products worldwide shipped here. They didn’t even follow up like I had to contact the customer service to ask then to re-ship instead of automatically refunding. They provide a bizarre shipping number that ships with Landmark Global and still now even after a week there is zero shipping information and the shipment just cannot he found, which doesn’t make sense because even if it was only tracking within the states it still would show the shipment or movement, I’m scared now in a couple days I’ll get another similar email saying the order was undeliverable. I don’t get it, I have plenty of friends having stuff shipped to Newfoundland as well. I got some of the stuff because my friend recommended it but honestly if this is the customer experience every time I’ll just buy the products from re-seller or off amazon or something because this is honestly the worst company with the worst shipping practices and customer service I’ve ever seen.

Does anyone know how to return products? Like do I need to buy stamps for the box and do I just write the address in the box? Please and thank you!
