I have skin that reacts badly to a lot of products and I am now 53 so I need gentle but effective skin care. I found this line doing research online and purchased it, since it is also affordable. I have now been using this line for over a year and can't get over how soft, smooth, and comfortable my skin looks and feels. This is the one for me and I have shared with many, including my 30 year old. I wish I had this when I was her age!

I've struggled for several years with Rosacea, persistent reddened patches on my face. Based on the recommends from Paula's Choice, a few months ago I reluctantly relinquished my alcohol-based toner and switched to PC skincare line targeted to Rosacea. And guess what? I see improvement! At this point I am not expecting any treatment to be 100% effective. But I'll take progress! Instead of a dark pink, my skin is now a light pink. And I don't need as much concealer as before. I'm so thrilled that after many failed products, I know have some that actually work!

I don't even remember when I first started using Paula's Choice. It was well before the packaging redesign, and after I read one of the "Cosmetics Counter" books. I am a fair skinned, blue eyed redhead who suffered with moderate acne through my teens and twenties and thirties. I wanted to use something to keep my skin looking great plus understanding what I put on my skin was important to me. I don't even remember what the first product I tried was because I have used so many-- I am now 52 and almost every day I am told I look much younger or someone compliments me on my skin. Those comments are nice, but the reason I use Paula's is because they make my skin feel good. Cleanser that doesn't make me feel tight, toner that soothes and does not sting, moisturizers that make my skin feel soft and supple, lip balm to keep my lips healthy (especially in our harsh winters). My skin never itches, never burns, never feels like I've put something on it that hurts it. I've learned so much about caring for my skin and why certain ingredients are never appropriate for skin (fragrance? Never!). Paula's means that I can use pretty remarkable stuff for a fraction of what department stores and luxury brands cost. There is dermatological science involved in the creation, and that science and rationale is outlined in the product information. I look to other users' reviews to learn as well. The website is absolutely user friendly. I love ordering online, products shipped to my door, NOT standing in the cosmetics aisle deciphering beauty industry marketing terms on packaging. I like using sample sizes to try new products and for travel. I look forward to many more years --the rest of my life-- using Paula's choice for my skin care. Smart, effective, reasonably priced products to keep me looking healthy. What more could you want? Thanks Paula!

I love Paula's Choice. I love Paula! I wish I could meet her! I remember her book called Blue Eyeshadow should be Illegal. My neighbor told me about it 20 years ago and I started getting her newsletters and doing everything she said. She is like a trusted friend! I never had to be confused by department store sales people again! As I have gotten older I have been hand in hand with Paula's Choice every step of the way! I use the skin recovery line now because I have very sensitive skin. I don't buy anything without consulting Beautypedia and have gotten great advice on all products. What is so cool about Paula is that she writes reviews on all products and never hesitates to recommend any products which she believes are worth it. I am loving all the great serums and moisturizers and am super excited about my new lip gloss on the way. I can't say enough great things about Paula's Choice!

I have very sensitive skin so I find it very difficult to find products that work with my skin type. I have tried a few Paula's Choice UK products and although they have irritated my skin (when I say its sensitive I mean it sometimes reacts even to water!) I would recommend the company 100%. Upon emailing to return the products, I received a refund right away without the need to send them back. But what really amazed me was they phoned me to talk about my skin to try and find a product that worked for me! I discussed my skins needs with a lovely customer service representative who really seemed to care about the issues I was having and she picked out products that will hopefully work for me. Even sending out complimentary samples so I could try before I bought the full size. In addition, she asked me to please contact them if they didn't work so we could discuss alternatives. Very happy customer here and fingers crossed the samples work!

After finding a copy of Paula Begoun's "Don't Go To The Cosmetics Counter Without Me" at the library, I soon progressed to the Beautypedia website and began trying more selective drugstore purchases. By the time I tried Paula's Choice products themselves, I realized that this is a very high standard company with products that do exactly what they are intended to do, with solid research behind every ingredient. I wholheartedly recommend Paula's Choice!

This company really is ahead of its time. It is science based skincare with no irritants. The customer service is also the best I have ever come across.
