Customer Service Kudos
I initially posted a review about poor customer service response time after I didn't receive an order. I was contacted by the company and not only did they resend my order, but they refunded me. Good customer service is rare these days and Paula's Choice sure turned this into a customer service win. I will continue to stay a loyal customer and I appreciate the way they handled my complaint.

Their cosumter service was very helpful when I was gettibg placed my for order. So far it’s been effective with my skin and I’m in love with the formulas of the products. As a first time buyer I will most likely buy again. Keep up the great work Paula’s choice.

no ways to get in touch with customer service
I have been waiting for my package for a month and finally received it, however, there were items missing from the package. I tried to call the customer service, no one ever answers because they are "experiencing overwhelming calls". but according to other reviews, it does not look like they are helping any other customers either. I then tried to email them, I only got an automatic response email. To my conclusion, there are no ways to get in touch with their customer service if your order goes wrong. Paula's Choice makes fantastic products, but you are better off buying their products from other platforms rather than purchasing directly from their own website. Replacement was sent out after I post my original review.

Forever love
Paulas choice is one of the best skincare lines ever. Their prices compared to other high end companies, is what got me. Imagine spending all this money on skincare and it’s crap? Paulas choice is money friendly, efficient, and perfect. I honestly don’t even wear makeup anymore, and I was a person who wore it everyday.
