Shipping has always been timely previously. I am a long time customer and I understand shipping delays due to covid 19, as are most places right now. But no matter how good the product my last 3 shipments have taken weeks to process. And unfortunately authorized sellers seem unable to stock a wide range of their items also

First time ordering and my order never made it to me, called customer service the first time and was told to wait another day to see if my order would show up and it still didn't. Called customer service the second time and a replacement order has been sent out but the rep didn't offer next day ship or any type of compensation for my wasted time waiting around on my order. A bit of a letdown seeing as I've been waiting weeks for my order..

I made a purchase but I check my bank online and shows pending “ also I haven’t received an email receipt of my order ?how long to I have to wait for it to not show pending and recibe my receipt through my email?

Disastrous customer service. I mean for such a big company..what on earth. They literally do not respond. I order on Jan 25th, they debited my account but order still says pending 11 days later which suggests they haven't even got it yet to send. Disgraceful way to do business and NO response to emails. Don't bother as even if you like the products..you can't guarantee you'll get them again Thank you for your response but I think your time would be better spent helping the others right now who are no doubt as frustrated as I was last week awaiting some notificationm ANY notification as to the whereabouts of my order. I am an honest person and I am certainly not in the habit of posting fake reviews. Your response is simply not true. I made an order on Jan 25th - after that time I had an immediate paypal notification of payment (pending) My order status continued to say PENDING for the next number of days, I reached out to you then asking where was my order no response, no response repeatedly over a number of days. Have you checked your system to see how many of the 'please help me' messages you received from me?? Hardly the behaviour of someone who received a prompt response. And no the spam folder card is not acceptable. Of course I checked every folder. In the end I gave up on you and rang paypal and my bank who were both extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. So I let it go and low and behold an email eventually arrives from you saying oh shucks there was a problem with your order nearly 2weeks after the order was made. It is so unfair and unprofessional to treat customers like this. Surely all the complaints on this site about your customer service can't be all inaccurate. I order online all the time, I use an Addresspal 3rd party delivery service from Ireland to US from time to time no problems until now. I am happy to report Paula's Choice was able to identify an error in their system and have generously compensated me for the inconvenience incurred. thank you.

I like this brand so much。。。 but their Customer service was horrible!!!!! Someone call Christine or Christina was so rude. I send the email to them to ask why my order gets cancelled. She only replies to me “ where did you order, are you order the products for resell? A bunch of questions. Excuse me? I only bought one sunscreen, one retinol booster, and one cleanser. How am I going to resell these three products? For what???? To who??? After then, she directly blocked my account. Well, the reason they gave was I use my debit card to buy products, but the shipping address is different......... that was a gift order, And I told them. I have been buying their products for 5 years!!!!!!

Agree with other reviewers in that Paula's Choice has gone downhill. I was a customer for over a decade but the last few years the quality has diminished and I don't see the results I used to see from the products. They raised their prices while becoming more run of the mill.

I have found at least one instance of misleading marketing with Paula’s Choice. I am a soapmaker that specializes in shaving soaps. On their PC4MEN shaving cream, Paula’s Choice lists potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide as “pH adjusters”. This is simply not true. Potassium and sodium hydroxides are forms of lye or caustic soda which are used to saponify the oils in the product (turn them into shaving soap). This has zero to do with adjusting pH. My point is, if the company isn’t forthright about this kind of information, where else are they misleading?
