Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

Overall exceptional customer service start to finish. The staff made setting up my Gold/Silver IRA very straight forward and simple. Happy to be on the Patriot Gold team!

Very easy to transfer my 401k into gold and silver

I was treated like a great friend or family member when talking to the owner Andy and also Matthew!! They took such good care of me, and showed genuine interest in an upcoming trip I was taking. I will highly recommend them to everyone!!

I usually don't give five stars, why? because I feel it stalls the 'strive for excellence' and exceeding of expectations, I believe you should have a Sixth Star! exceeding all expectations! From my first contact with, 'PGG', I was treated with dignity even though my investment is pocket change for many, I still felt I was treated with courtesy, all my questions were addressed and the 'rollover' was seamless. I want to personally thank Kristen Tucker for all the time she spent with me getting to know my situation and helping with each and every aspect, I also want to thank Sam De Spuches for the time he spent with me on the phone also a shout out to Charley Chartoff for his time as well, You all painstakenly listened to my endless rhetoric with an attentive ear and still performed. Going forward with, 'PGG' I have yet to actually 'deal with' the My Equity people, be sure to know, If there is anything negative on their side you will be notified. Thank You all for your professionalism. - JS

We worked with Kristen from Patriot Gold and she was absolutely pleasant and very understanding to our need. She took her time to explain everything to us and especially to my husband, which is quit the accomplishment!! We are very happy with Kristen and Patriot!!

Jim and Matt were VERY impressive! They gave me the “kid-gloves” treatment I needed. They addressed all my concerns with kindness and professionalism and were available anytime I needed guidance. They walked me through the entire process and eliminated all the anxiety that comes with uncharted financial transactions. I would HIGHLY recommend Patriot Gold Group to anyone considering investing in precious metals 🇺🇸
