We worked with Luke Morrel. He was so patient and kind, taking time to explain the process of moving our retirement accounts over to gold and silver. He did all the calling to our previous investment company and took care of all the details. He stayed on the phone with me, even when we were put on hold with this company for extremely long periods of time. He had to jump through several hoops with the company to get our monies moved, but he did it all with a great attitude. We really appreciated his help.

If I can give more than five stars I would , before I called Patriot , I called a few other places and they made me feel like I was wasting their time .this was my first time that I’ve ever got involved in buying precious metals so it’s a little nerve-racking and scary , so I was asking a lot of questions and I wanted to make sure it was safe but they made me feel like they were spending too much time on the phone with me , and they actually let me know that they were spending too much time on the phone like they weren’t getting anything, after calling patriot they did not complain they answered all my questions they made me feel very comfortable and I made four transactions with them all perfect transactions no headaches so feel free to use them you won’t regret it .
